Brad Nease

joined MCM in July, 1999. He is a 24 year mortgage industry veteran and previous to MCM served as the Managing Director of Impac Capital Markets Group, a subsidiary of Impac Funding Corporation. Prior to that he served as Director of Capital Markets for Accredited Home Lenders, San Diego, CA., and Vice President, Secondary Marketing for California Federal Bank.

Brad is currently the Past President of the Alumni Board for the Alumni Association of Point Loma Nazarene University. He served on this Board for approximately 12 years. Brad also served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Point Loma Nazarene University for 3 years.

Brad has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Economics from Point Loma Nazarene University, San Diego.

Constance Wilson

Constance Wilson is executive vice president of Interthinx, where she is responsible for the direction of the fraud unit and quality control functions. She has 24 years' experience in mortgage banking, including first and second mortgages and subprime products, as well as underwriting, quality assurance, due diligence, claims and fraud management.
