A monthly column announcing personnel moves of interest to mortgage professionals, particularly to those in charge of mortgage operations and/or involved with the buying and selling of mortgage loans and servicing rights on the secondary market. (Note: Mortgage servicing personnel are announced in Servicing Management magazine.)

TO CONTRIBUTE ARTICLES...

Secondary Marketing Executive publishes two types of timely articles:

  • Features that examine mortgage industry trends, and
  • Features that give readers "nuts and bolts" information about how to improve their mortgage origination and secondary marketing operations.

These features are written by professional mortgage industry staff and contract journalists, and also by mortgage industry experts.
Industry experts are invited to call with their ideas for bylined articles. Generally, these articles are 1,500 to 2,000 words in length and address the topic generically, without mentioning the author's company. However, a prominently displayed editor's note describes the author and company, and the author's photo is published when available. Charts, tables and photographs are also welcome to illustrate these articles.

An article reprint service is also available to authors and companies, in which articles are reprinted in an 8-1/2" by 11" format on coated stock.  Reprint service details are available upon request.
